Glass whorl by Artisans d'Histoire (France, Ardèche) in a historical glass kiln.
Spindle stick made in Germany
Stick is chosen to match the whorl and I test every spindle.

These are handmade items that can have some irregularities in shape.

My advice: to adjust the whorl to the spindle stick, slide it on it gently without forcing till it stops and turn it, gently as well till it has a good "grip".
